The Teenage after 19

Let me state an obvious fact. Nobody likes a teenager, nobody. Doesn't mean they're hated by all. But nobody likes them.

Imagine u accidentally fall from a bicycle, in view of "our society", at 6 u're so cute and determined to learn cycling, at 60 poor u, strong at heart but weak in ur body, at 16??? "these teenagers are just irritating". Yeah thats right we've all heard these words in our teenage atleast once. There are only a handful of people who would pick us up and dust our back for us.

But i'm not gonna talk about all that. I wanna talk about my present phase. At 22, i'm living the teenage after 19. From 20-29 (a boy will probably get married by 29, so for girls let it be from 20-26) we live the 2nd phase of teenage. The phase which runs to the boy who fell from his bicycle, picks him up and says "next time try to be careful" instead of slapping him.

Its worse than the first phase. In the same scenario, at 16 u're known as irritating, but at 26??? u're drunk. Doesn't matter how much self control u've had growing up, coz u didn't wanna be called a drunkard, "society" labels u DRUNK. If something got stuck in ur throat and u start coughing?? u must be a chain smoker and u deserve it. Doesn't matter how much u hate smoke and cigarettes, u'l be labelled a smoker.

A boy and a girl are casually sitting in a coffee shop, talking about their bosses who are giving them a hard time at work. Every pair of eyes that pass by them thinks they're lovers and gossips on them. For all we know, the boy could be her own cousin, the girl could be 2 or 3years elder to him or worst case the girl or the boy could be homosexuals. Why do u "have to" comment on them.

I agree to the fact that some of us behave indecent in public, but not all of us are drunkards, smokers or lovers. We're just people, part of ur society, trying to get through a difficult phase in our life where nobody else accepts us, just bcoz they cannot think like we do, coz their minds got slow and narrow once they got to their 30's.

We have the freedom of speech and the freedom of thoughts, doesn't mean we've to abuse our rights. Hell we can even jump from our terrace but how many of us do that?? So, my dear "society" before passing a comment on someone (especially who is in this 2nd-teenage phase) lets just wait and think for a minute "what if we were in their place".

And its time for the punch "to understand and accept a person, who's in their 20's is possible only by another person from the same age group". Speaking of understanding and accepting, i'm 22 and i'm single. My dear fellow girls at 20's, please make a note :D

Be "Incomplete"

Well 100s only work for us in cricket. I mean, seriously, how many of us got a 100 in atleast one subject for a whole academic year? 100 is not good, especially when it gets personal.

What happens if u work 100%, well ideally its not possible, at all. What if we try to put in a 100% at work. First thing to lose would be our health (like we care). Second, our family (huh?). Third, fun time with our friends (wth?!?.) and the list goes on.

Why does mystery, fiction and thriller have such a big fan following?? coz a good mystery novel is not complete until the last few pages. You keep searching for the answer. Keeps you captivated coz u didn't see its 100%. But once you reach the last page, well ideally the book goes into the shelf and never gets to see the sunlight again (atleast not by our hands)

Well, enough of the boring part, lets get to the exciting part. Yes, a relationship. I believe a relationship fails becoz the person who walks out knows everything about the other one. Knowing something new about someone is always exciting. So, what happens when there's nothing new to know about in a person?? The excitement is gone and along with it goes the interest in that person.

Try this out, always leave a topic half said in any conversation. Even with friends, always stop and swallow your words just before "oh! its time to leave". What happens, tomorrow you have something to talk about. Tomorrow you'll have a reason to meet, coz u have something to talk about. Tomorrow you'll have a reason to wake up, coz u wanna meet and talk with someone, and the chain goes on.

Don't play dumb, don't be cautious, just don't let everything out. Wow, such a simple gesture, to hold back something. Maybe thats why there's a very big rumor that its always the girls who walk out of a relationship. We boys don't shut up, when we like a girl we just talk everything that crosses our mind to her coz we want her to understand us. Not working, coz the "understanding" part is never true. What happens is he/she gets bored at the end. Coz u keep repeating the same stuff. There's nothing new or exciting about talking with you.

Its not their fault they got bored, its our fault. Well, ain't that true, sleeping in a classroom - our fault or the teacher's fault?? She's the one who talks her mind out, no wonder we feel sleepy right when she opens her mouth. Now come on, what can be new and exciting about a 100 year old math theorem, when everyone knows everything about it already..!! :P

5 Disadvantages of Television

1. Everyone thinks you're fat (coz the "cool" guys in the television are always so lean and built, with 4 to 12 packs in their abs, God knows why). Yes i'm fat, i like to eat. Go to hell. :P

2. Mom's fav prog, u gotta starve till the end. Ur fav prog u'll die of suffocation, either with her food or with her advice (don't watch too much TV, yuck)

3. A big (and often pointless) argument with DAD, either about the sliding economy or (if u're lucky) about that "fair" girl he wants u to get married to (after 4 years anyways, now wht the hell..!!!!!)

4. Now this is a typical scene in any house, anywhere around the world. Sister (or any siblings for tht matter) gets into a fist fight just to have the remote control in their hand, but we both end up watching the same channel anyways (why the hell does it even matter who has the remote. Sigh..!!)

5. Yeah, my personal favorite. GIRLS!!! (got a list of their own, as usual :P)
-they think they're FAT coz the girl in there is perfect.
-they think they're DARK coz the girl in there is perfect.
-they think their eyes LOOK BIG, coz the girl in there has perfect eyes.
-they think they're TOO TALL coz the girl in there is perfect.
-they think they're TOO SHORT coz the girl in there is perfect.
-they think.... (all the sh*t there is to think about) coz somehow the girls in there are always perfect (atleast for them, no u don't wanna get in there)

Enough said, well i guess i won't be getting my free coke tomorrow. To hell with it, i'll get my own cool drink :P

Girls = 10 * (Boys)

I think thats the closest anyone has ever got, in understanding a woman. So, yes i wanted to start writing a blog, wanna share whatever's in my head with anyone who's interested to know. Couldn't find a more interesting topic to start with.

Women, i like women. For me they're the second best creation of God (first being sunrise ofcourse, can't beat sunrise) and for long i have heard debates on this topic, Girl Vs Boy, understanding the world of feminine and stuff. I have a bunch of nice friends. This "theory" of mine is based on my experience with my friends relatives and people in general (both men and women)

Yes, as it says on the top, Girls = 10 * (Boys) - unphysically speaking (unphysically means i'm overwhelmed to use my writer's license to describe, stuff that is not physical). I'm strong, doesn't mean she's 10 times stronger. I'm hard and rough, doesn't mean she's 10 times harder than me. It's all in emotions, feelings, expressions, everything that is not physical. Well they're the most complicated parts of being human isn't it.

This theory is all about, i love her? she loves me 10 times more. I hate her? she hates me 10 times more. I feel bad for doing something that hurt her? yes she feels 10 times more worse when she hurts me. For boys this is best described "nuts", yes ofcourse coz emotions and feelings are not real for us, not something we can see or hold. We don't believe in them, or we don't wanna believe in them to make ourselves look more "manly". Girls would say this is stupid, that i'm talkin all rubbish and i'm an idiot, ofcourse, coz thats how my theory holds. :P (and girls have this beautiful ability to deny everything pointed out directly to them. so,)

So, from next time onwards, beware. If u THINK u're angry on her, she too THINKS she's angry on u, only 10 times more. Show ur anger on her, she'll show her anger on u only 10 times worse. Don't know how long this theory will hold good. Well after all, boy or girl, they're both human. He has a mind of his own to think and interpret. She too has her own thoughts and feelings and emotions. Instead of trying to understand each other, lets try to accept each other, despite of their imperfections (yes that sounded like a forward SMS). Lets start loving, lets start living coz in the end, Love is what matters. :)

Love is what matters, yes most of them would agree. But does love really exist? or is it only for those who believe in it? well thats another topic for another time.
